What we collect Orwen doesn't require an account. Your first name (optional), your routine schedule, and your evening notes stay stored on your device only — never sent to a server.

Legal basis for processing Processing is based on performing the service you requested (providing the routine and blocking) and, for the subscription, on performance of the contract via Apple.

App blocking (Screen Time) Choosing which apps to block uses Apple's Screen Time API. That choice is processed entirely on your device by Apple — Orwen never sees which specific apps you block.

Subscriptions Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. Orwen never stores or sees your payment details.

Retention period Your data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. It is automatically and permanently deleted when you uninstall it.

No advertising tracking Orwen includes no advertising trackers and never sells data to third parties.

Your rights Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to your data. Since everything is local, you exercise these rights directly in the app or by uninstalling it. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority.

Deleting your data Since everything stays local, uninstalling the app permanently removes all your Orwen data from your device.
